Heritage Malta, with the support of the Malta Tourism Authority, have created a short five part series titled Taste History, which celebrates, discusses and recreates historical Maltese recipes researched from artifacts, documents and paintings from across the archipelago. Filmed in Malta's landmark locations and narrated by Liam Gauci, Principle Curator at Heritage Malta, viewers can recreate dishes from Malta's past. Watch the episodes below.
