The new 2023 Michelin Star guide for the best restaurants has awarded 53 restaurants distributed throughout the Catalan territory.
Four restaurants have been awarded the distinguished category of three Michelin stars. Three of them are located in Barcelona: ABaC Barcelona, Lasarte, Celler de and Cocina Hermanos Torres. Celler de Can Roca is located in Girona, Costa Brava, one of the world's major food and wine destinations.
Michelin-star restaurants in Catalonia have been at the forefront of the gastronomic invention for decades, making Catalan cuisine one of the most prestigious internationally.
